You imagined correctly - taBrilliantly framed, and the mono really adds to it, I imagine you used burst mode there?
Seems odd to take the Red Arrows in B&W but my experience with plane photography is that it can be very difficult to get the colours right with the underside of the plane that you can see being in shadow, so actually that might be an excellent decision. Great composition.
