Love the gannets and Eric made me smile (as well as earning an extra point from me for lateral thinking!)
 
Well that made me smile Dave. Great idea for the theme and the statue really stands out against that cloudy sky.

Week 27 : Post

A bridge of posts and seats at Crook O'Lune just outside Lancaster this afternoon.

Good shot Dave, I like how it moves from shade into light and is framed by the branches in the front.
 
Nicely symmetrical. Good lines and the mono works well.
Interesting bridge.

I really like the framing in this one and the black and white makes the scene work nicely.
 
This is really lovely. I think you get the prize for the most posts!

The natural framing and vignette are just fab and the leading lines through it. Such a lovely composition!

Great subject and shot Dave. Well composed and really good PP. I think that I'd be tempted to try a long exposure if I had this nearby where I live.

I thought I recognised the jetty, I stayed there with my wife one weekend lovely hotel. The black and white really suits the picture, nicely done.

well composed Dave. B/W suits this. You did well to dodge the tourists at that location.
 
The OCD in me loves the symmetry in both Posts and Water and the mono fan loves the B&W conversions... excellent!

Water and posts together! The composition works great. I like the fact that there's a clear run of the end of the jetty, with nothing 'in the way'.
