Well, as the title might suggest, I've taken the insane decision to get married.
For reason I won't go into, we're going to have the day, not once...but twice! I know...
The first is going to be a no frills ceremony for family and friends who can't make the second. As the second round will be the 'big day', we have a small budget for this first time, but would like some reasonabl shots of the ceremony and a few afterwards. Not hundreds - five or six reasonably good ones would be fine.
Can't think of anyone who will be there who is any good with a camera. I'd be my first choice, but obviously that won't be practical!
I don't think we have the budget to hire someone.
What sort of money are we talking? I don't expect the earth - I know if you want the best that doesn't come cheap. Good is good enough for us.
When you hire a photographer, do you have to hire them for the day? How does it work?
This might be a silly question but it's not something I've ever thought of doing, so never really looked into it.
Any ideas?
Many thanks.
