I packed in last August (although I started again at Christmas). I use the inhalators, really good, and worked far better than patches alone.
Tomorrow I stop smoking..........for good anyone have any tips to pass on to make it easier for me, I very rarely use pubs so that could be a good one now smoking in public houses is banned![]()

I've been stopped for a few years now , It will take willpower for the first few days as you will get the strongest cravings during that period, when you feel like a smoke do something to take your mind off it, it will get easier , trust me![]()
....no nicotine just an odd minty taste:shrug:I've stopped, temporarily, quite a few times. The first few days were completely painless - really felt as if I'd never smoked at all - the next couple of weeks were quite easy, but I was climbing the wall after a month.
I've never smoked but i heard that part of it is having your hands doing something....so combat that thing and keep your hands busy when you're tempted?
Just wondering if the guys had an update for us on their progress?
