How can a dog push that?
Yeah we knowIt could be for a dog with no legs. Like my grandfather's old dog Marlboro.
Yeah we know
My guess is that its for these stupid over prices mini designer breeds AKA hybrid mongrels
There is a woman that often walks her little "rat" sorry I mean carry's it past herebecause one of her dogs got 'tired' during the walk and had to be put in the buggy and pushed!
It makes you wonder why people have dogs sometimes doesn't it?I think it cruelty, just like when I see overweight dogs and children. We are so going down the wrong path.
True enough but smaller do seem to be more in vogue at the moment,And some if them not so mini!
Yep the sizing aren't standardised are they which does make buying clothing over the internet a little tricky.Did you realise that for a lot of our clothing an M in the UK is the same as an L on mainland Europe![]()
So what? If one of my huskies gets tired and slows down, one crack of the whip and we're back up to full speed. Strangely that seems to happen more often in summer, now the snow has gone.Oh but what if their little doggy gets tired. It's only got little legs.

WTF I hope that was a sick sense of humour. :thumbsdown:So what? If one of my huskies gets tired and slows down, one crack of the whip and we're back up to full speed. Strangely that seems to happen more often in summer, now the snow has gone.
I do hope you have one of those sledges with wheels on, now the snow has gone too!Strangely that seems to happen more often in summer, now the snow has gone.
Depends on the age I think. In my opinion there is too much outrage by overweight mingers who say it is unnatural to look like that. Hmm hello, no it isn't when you are young and fit and healthy. What was all this commotion of some posters in the underground. The woman involved looked absolutely normal like how a low twenties man or woman should look like.Yep the sizing aren't standardised are they which does make buying clothing over the internet a little tricky.
BTW The "zero" size is outrageous IMO
My apologies if I offended anyone, in defending what is seemingly indefensible. Or at least that is what I thought until I learned the actual size of size zero. Perhaps not everyone appreciates that the actual size of a size zero is slightly over a size 8 on what it used to be. I do not think that is bad and unacceptable. What I am concerned about is that that size has actually grown so much over time, like my men's M which is today a L in the rest of Europe. Reclassifying the sizes whilst under stable I do find rather disturbing as people don't even realise they are going up a size.Depends on the age I think. I hadn't thought of it that waybut when you see
old dog struggling with them, it's just outright cruel
Thats was what I was getting at, people perceive their size to be a lot smaller than it actually is.actual size of a size zero is slightly over a size 8 on what it used to be.
I hadn't thought of it that way
I was more looking at from the angle of precocious pooch getting their paws or under belly dirty![]()

I hope that clarifies the point, I merely don't like seeing people become ill and our welfare bill going up.
True, either way the extremes are dangerous when they continue. As my grandmother said; everything with too in front of it isn't good for you.Over weight doesn't always equate to unfit or ill. I've been out with skinny friends who can't even spend a couple of hours walking
Not talking about pushing them about in that stupid dog cart, more the wheels like these

Fine if it's a young dog that can cope, but I;ve seen some what I can only describe as outright cruelty cases with old dogs
just to prolong life for the owners benefit, dogs don't look happy
It could be the dogs back end has gone, big dogs such as above and Great Danes etc do suffer the same problem. I had a Basset Hound, and it's back end got weak. Something like the above, would have been ideal to support the dogs back end. A walking aid for a dog, makes sense![]()
I had to let my Basset Hound go when she could no longer support herself, she was fit in every other aspect. But the vet said it was the kindest thing to do, a sad day that wasYep they can be great for a younger dog that is still active but cant walk far, but what I am talking about is putting an incontinent 16yo GSD with no use in
it's rear end in one and expecting praise from the world, when the dog is obviously struggling because it's front legs can't really cope either

Yeah, but they only seem to come in "small" at the momentHaven't they invented hoverdogs yet?
Don't know why we are messing about with this nonsense, why not go straight to the end game we know it is inevitable. Just go straight to a large electric wheelchair where both dog walker and dog can get in, and be done with it. Hmmm perhaps just use a car to walk the dog and wind the window down...
