Well, it can be done - but it's not great fun (which rhymes). I do not buy a 90mm AF lens because I would not use my manual 90s then any more ...
P.S.: I thought about my comment above. - Maybe, it shows a wrong attitude. In my film days I never took squirrel pics with my M6 and the
90mm Tele-Elmarit-M. With the low keeper rate, it would have been a waste of film for me.
With digicams, a low keeper rate does not matter.
There are still a few good pics left. So, I should be grateful for what I can do now ... ---
The raw material for my pics above before cropping. People are having lunch, but there is not much room between the cars. I take a 35mm lens for this situation.
