Q3/Q2
I’ve just ordered a Q3. I’ve had one before. That went due to a financial event.
Anyway. It took me a long time to actually “get” what they’re all about. They are certainly not for everyone and I’m not advocating it. I’ve tried the Fuji X100 stuff and will keep my original X100 for nostalgia.
Honestly I gave a lot of thought to getting another A7R5 and 35GM. But I know that would lead me into getting more lenses. I want to simplify things. Won’t say it’s forever. After all just look at my track record. But it where I want to be right now.
Keeping my M43 kit and lenses for the odd occasion.
My wife encouraged me to buy mine, I was in the same thought process as you, I don’t regret it (even though it’s a shed load of money).I keep hovering over the "buy" button for a Q3_43
My wife says buy it, and then sell a "few" ......... but I keep going back to the price and really feel that it would be a "selfish" purchase on my part
Nice, enjoy. I just can't justify the cost when it won't be my main camera.Note to Toby. @snerkler

I’ve bought cameras and lenses from them. No issues at all.Cotswold are selling, (well advertising) the Q3 43 for £5,099, (retail and UK price is £5,900) it will be an import from HK but all their blurb says it's got a 3 year warranty and that it includes all "taxes" etc.,......... do you reckon that this is risky? - I emailed David @ Cotswold and he came back with all the "rights" answers
Yep Cotswolds are grey importers, the warranty is provided by them not Leica. I believe most warranty repairs are done in the UK but I’m not sure about Leica so it might be worth asking.Cotswold are selling, (well advertising) the Q3 43 for £5,099, (retail and UK price is £5,900) it will be an import from HK but all their blurb says it's got a 3 year warranty and that it includes all "taxes" etc.,......... do you reckon that this is risky? - I emailed David @ Cotswold and he came back with all the "rights" answers
