I've just received this Kiron 70-150mm f/4 lens, shown mounted on my FM.
. A Kiron 80-200mm F4 is a good lens as well.I'm a dead man!
I have just bought from ebay another GX680........
I'm a dead man!
I have just bought from ebay another GX680 this time though it's a MkIII, comes with a 250mm Lens (finishes my lineup and goes with 50mm, 65mm, 100mm, 125mm 180mm), MkIII film back, AA Holder, Compendium Hood (already got one) and Polaroid back.
I paid a fraction under £400, Just got to hope the import duties are not too extreme now.
Better start bidding on the lorry you'll be needing to replace the camera bag :bonk:

So what did I get? Tombraider 3 for 50p and videos scoobydoo and time machine for 20p![]()
That III if genuine, working and with lens was actually a bargain. I know it's not a 50p boot sale find but the price was very, very good.
Not quite a new 'toy' as such, but theres now 3 cold stored Fuji Superia 200 110 cartridges coming across to me from the USA! Although they expired in 2003, their cold stored and the last generation of 110, so they should be a bit more fine grained and in better conditon than the non cold stored outdated lomo crap which I've had to put through my Pentax Auto 110 before.
; and the cost of processing put me off photography.

I still seems magical to me, all Chemistry will bring is knowledge of what damage the chemicals might do to me, I'll be doing a risk assesment and study the COSHH and MSDS info ;-)

IamAshlyRose said:@DrRusty I bought my chemicals on AG Photographic & found the prices to be fairly reasonable :} have fun dev'ing film at home! My stories pretty similar to yours, I used the tank process in high school & am now coming back to it since leaving College & it's amazing darkroom behind. I'll be scanning my negs too {as soon as my new scanner is paid for & dispatched}.
