Thanks Minx, yes the lights being on made itgood choice great to have light though the stained glass.
Cheers AdamNicely done.
Thanks PaulLovely light shining out of the church
Thanks Kell, yes I have corrected (tried) in LR - apologies for messing with your brain. It's a lovely looking image.
My only comment would be on the perspective. Have you corrected it at all - as it's bigger at the top than the bottom and it's messing with my tiny brain.
Thanks Tim, light was good but a parked car and my LR skills didn’t help muchLovely bit of lighting illuminating the stained glass, and yet there is sufficient light to illuminate teh outside of the church too, without ruining the glass.
As per Kell, I too would have had a go at straightening the image in post and also getting slightly more central when taking the shot (if that were possible - for all I know that's the best angle you can get!)
Thanks Allan, tbh I only noticed the stone work after taking the pics but yes a bit unusualLucky to catch the lights on and really unusual stone work works well for the theme
Thanks BillBeautiful shot Keith.
Thanks Wayne, lucky with the street light for the door.fantastically balanced light there, the window and door both at their best.
Thanks NickIt must have been tricky to balance the exposure on that. However you did it, it works for me.
Thanks Dominic, possible they chose the blue for the door as there is quite a bit of blue in the stained glass window.I was going to use a church in my efforts, but just didn't have the time to get to one.
That stained glass window stands out well and blue door surrounded by the sandstone draws the eye in.
Thanks Alan, yes they are usually pretty good for thatYou can rely on a church for a bit of window !
Good take on the theme.
Nicely done
