This is to carry on from my attempt at being sugar free.
14 Days since the full frontal assault against Sugar and I have to report a loss of 8LBS, proper sleep and a better well being ( I did hit the wall around day 8)
It has been pointed out on the previous thread about the pros and cons of my madness.
This is what I have discovered/ decided on.....
It is extremely hard to avoid all sugar ie fruit, honey etc but this is good sugar to an extent ....Moderation
It is impossible to live totally sugar free so therefore certain foods are being allowed such as wholemeal breads
The big NO-NO is processed food, crisps and sweets...... such as the cheap packets of chicken breast etc.......
I do have 2 nights a week that I allow wine and a treat. I have found it very acceptable now that I have found my feet. Long may it last
