Nikon D750 & D780

Anyone having Flickr issues? Cant get any uploaded. Just fails and then sometimes says bad file.

Same here, it's getting more and more frequent.

Got my D750 back from Nikon yesterday after it went in for the advisory notice. New shutter, serviced and sensor clean. Took about 2 weeks, they kindly reset the camera so I need to redo all my settings! Also need to retune my lens, so good to have it back!

Some nice different images there. I'd just query the WB on the last one, although I appreciate the light is different (y)

Yeah its a bit off, and there are some more sensible shots... well not many as they just wanted loads of fun candids! Was good to get some practice in and it certainly is a learning experience!

I was thinking of 28/50 for next wedding rather than the 35/85 but having flicked through the photos I might have missed some of the opportunities with a 50 mounted.

Glad you mentioned that, I need to save my settings before posting it tomorrow.

I noticed a bit of weirdness at the weekend. The battery info menu returned consistency about 400 shots less then I knew I'd taken on that battery. The battery info would return about 120 when I'd shot 520 for example. Third party duracell battery. No biggy but anyone know why? just don't like it when my cameras do things I don't understand

Last one for now. Just love these Lolas. Sound better than they look too if that's possible ;)

Seriously good work there. Making 1/50 look like a walk in the park! Spot on technique, framing and processing.

Absolutely loving that one. Terrific picture of a beautiful car.

Friggin lush capture, get that printed LARGE immediately. Splendid photography Sir.

Thank you :) TBH I rarely print my pics and wouldn't know where to put it. I might be able to find somewhere in my man cave though ;)

A friend wanted a picture taken for a flier for his show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, a take on the goddess with the horn of plenty, only with dice and tarot cards as his show is about chance.

Like this one Andy. Looks filmic. Did you use any split toning to get that look? Mind sharing how you achieved that colour tone?
