Nikon D750 & D780

I didn't realise the size of them until I saw a Lordy transporting them to a new wind farm that's being built here in Norfolk...massive to say the least. As David said, they are very noisy but at least most of the ones here are offshore so you don't hear them.
There is some speculation though that they may be responsible for the recent Whale invasion as they say the sound made be the turbines getting picked up by their sonar and is bringing them into shallower waters.

I think you're correct by the way @twist - It is probably welsh mountain forest gasm on my sensor... The earlier landscape shots seem a lot cleaner.

Oh, and thanks btw.

Good to hear mate. Rocket blow and wet clean will hopefully sort it.

Minimal.

The sheer size of them is incredible and the speed at which the tips spin around at is mind boggling. They are also extremely noisy.

I didn`t realise they were noisy ... Good job I make ear plugs then :D

Glue, perhaps?
You mean cover a chicken in glue and catapult it on the roof? :D

Fowl are pretty useless at flying. I watched a pheasant pondering for about five minutes how to get down from my garage roof the other week. Eventually it sort of fell off the edge. How it got up there I have no idea!

Those colours just stand out so well! 24-85?
Thanks, yes, it is the 24-85 and is my only travel lens as of today.

So, although the rally was the main point of the trip, this was a little added bonus. ;) A mad scramble and climb UP the side of Cwm Cau due to not being able to locate the path in total darkness which caused near death, twice, lead us to this stunning view. It was pretty special!

Pretty epic view that

Bonuses... ah yes I remember them, the last one I had was in 2002 before I retired for the first time. Having retired again for good, the nearest thing I get to a bonus these days is £100 winter fuel allowance ;)
I suppose you could say not having to go to work is a different sort of bonus though.....

Enjoy your bonuses while you can :)

My 15 yo daughter manages to evaporate any bonus I get

Think I'll b doing the same, percentage yet to be confirmed but won't be more than 3% :(

I'm quite lucky with my employer usually. Although this is the first time I'll have it pro-rata'd.

Been there 14 years now, slowly reducing hours as weddings take off
