If this is for one of those jobs advertised on the job centre website selling keyrings etc I really wouldn't bother. Lots of threads on here about that subject, and its really not worth it.
If however, you've been approached to do a job for a nightclub, then we really need some more details. Length of the job, number of photos, useage etc.
try and get more colour in the background - not always possible but it makes the picture better than having black. also if its not busy, shoot people against walls (lol) or DJ booth etc and get close in crops so you can't tell how busy it is. Its not always possible to get perfect shots but be wary of spot lights coming across people when you shoot too. You got some pretty decent shots there you should be pleased. another trick is to adjust the WB if you can to give a slightly warmer feel to the shots.
