Who is the guy, David will be a hard act to follow i have watched Doctor Who for 35 years i always warm to the doctor,

I have a theory it will not matter who is the doctor as long as they have a oddball thing going on, it,s the villains that matter they bring the whole show together and the Doctor skirts around the edges
