Discarded - Do you think someone has thrown it and that's where it finished up? At least it's not on the ground for someone to slip up on.

Flora - A nice pleasing image, not sure if it would have helped any, I might have cropped slightly at the bottom to reduce the number of flower heads on the edge.

Unusual - A really interesting flower image which looks super sharp. Yesteryear's photographer's would be very jealous of what modern cameras can achieve automatically.

Snappers Choice - A clean image where the composition works well. The colours are very vibrant and the reflection still has detail.

Trees - Great use of ICM, any time I try it the image falls between something blurry and indecipherable.
 
Nice trees shot! ICM or Photoshop motion blur?
 
I think I might crop an incy bit of sky off the top as it's less interesting, but I love the contrasting colours - they work so well, and there's just enough detail to know it's trees.... and you managed to get them straight - something I really struggled with when I tried :)
 
ICM=Marmite and I'm afraid I'm in the 'don't like' camp. But, lovely spring colours and you can definitely tell what the image is of.

Fabulous! Not just a hole but you have the great tit too! Good to see the metal plate protecting it. Some of our boxes were attacked a few years ago :(

Great shot Nick, the rower's colours pop against the desaturated look of the ocean
 
Agree with the others. Framing, depth of field and sense of action are perfect.
 
I really like the long crop, and the placement of the figure in the frame. I'd have been half tempted to lose the OOF thing in the background, but it's not a big deal.

Great idea and great image. Do other banana leaves have the same pattern?
 
The detail in this is great, I thought it was a picture of a field at first until I saw the title. The colours are really nice too.
 
This is a wonderful image Nick. I love the flow of the lines as well as the "flow" of the colours.

You've composed and processed it beautifully.
 
Excellent. I thought it was a rhubarb stalk. It got us all guessing!
