yep sounds like a perfect solution

And when the moons got all the resources on it because we FAILED to reuse them will we be mining our junk on the moon as we will have to on rubbish dumps in the not to distant future
our planet CANNOT continue to give us resources at the rate that it is doing, Fact.
We need to learn to adiquately use those resources for lengther reasons, i.e making everyone a really nice coffee pot they can lug back and forth to the supermarket rather than individual pots you buy once a week.
Oh and of course what happens when the moon fills up? we going to start dumping on mars yet? how about we just fill a rocket and launch our crap into space?
What a novel, beautiful and evolutionary brilliant idea...
Personally i think turning our moon NUCLEAR is perhaps the very very worst idea, doesnt that sound like a bit of a time bomb? who knows what sort of stuff we would be messing with
Plus there are religious implications as we have seen, and similar to the Australia government wanting to buy all the world nuclear waste and bury it in the desert because its 'unused' even though the aboriginals pray there, people would revolt against a moon dumping ground
we need to start DEAL with our rubbish, not just brushing it under the carpet.
