Well, another "not so sure" here! I get the idea but for some reason it doesn't work for me. Feels a little like the WB is a bit off and personally I'd be wanting to get some flare in from it to make it a bit more dynamic. that said, shots a shot and it keeps you in the game and you'r being creative which is what its all about. Ps this is nothing to do with my jealousy over your new toy - honest![]()

I like the close up shot of the LEDs too, I think you should have rotated it anti-clockwise a bit (so the lights were pointing directly down) and called it a UFO.

bloody rain, can we swap for a week pleeeeeease![]()
Errr - no thanks - you could've tempted me with the snow though![]()
Oooh, not sure I want the old solid stuff, I like fresh powder![]()

Yeah and too lazy to find one of the three tripods I own or put batteries in my flash :bang:
It wasn't a criticism, I just wondered. Was just checking out your aperature on this as your dof was nicely thin.
I like a good custard cream, myself....but that shot could convert me! Great focus and detail on that there biscuit!
Mild criticism....expectation of one of my favourite naughty pleasures shot down![]()
pleased you like it though very sorry to have disappointed your expectations I shall attempt to try and improve on that for you Yuk, bourbons!! Good shot though with such a shallow dof!
I've just rediscovered my love for them You definitely took the biscuit with this shot Matt , naughty but nice , my favourite bite!
toadstool said:Mmmm I love the middle of them but hate the actual biscuit. Now I'm hungry![]()

whipspeed said:Interesting absract & looking forward to the light painting shots you get with it. I'd be tempted to crop this closer, take off some of the space on the left and bottom.
As for the bourbon, nice sharp shot, but ewww, don't like themHubby buys them for himself as he knows I won't touch them

TimmyG said:Focussing is spot on but is that the correct colour? I've only ever had chocolate ones (which are much darker brown than this one)..

The old windmill is looking good Matt, corking shot , loving the lighting and composition!
That's fantastic Matt!
Wow, amazing, apocalyptic, atmospheric.....I love this! The silhouette of that building I think I may have seen before (!) just looks fantastic. That sky is awesome!![]()
