Just want to warn those who are thinking of buying from them online. Ring them to make sure they have the items in stock before punching in your card details.
Getting myself a billingham and considering they are the cheapest and their website is showing it to be in stock, I then proceeded on purchasing it.
Two days went on and the status was still the same (web page states that if purchase before 3pm, item will normally be dispatched the same day). Decided to drop them an email to query and got a reply saying they don't have it in stock! :shrug:
Nonetheless, requested for a full refund and was told the full amount will be credited to my account in 3 to 4 days.
What annoyed me is that I've specifically added a message during the purchase process to contact me if they don't have the bag in stock! What's funny is that my previous experience with them is the same, as in I need to contact them for updates! Should have learnt from past experience and don't get tricked by the low price!
Anyhow this IMO, is not how a customer should be treated!:nono:
