I’m thinking it might be time to replace my aging 19” 4:3 Xerox monitor with something more suitable.
I use my pc for CAD (mainly 2d), viewing and editing photos, general office tasks and watching the odd video.
I was thinking of the 24” but CAD would be easier on the 27” so I may stretch the budget. I’m not in a massive hurry so I will wait for the next prices discount to turn up.
The monitors I have short listed are:
Dell U2711 Ultrasharp

Dell U2410 Ultrasharp

I have also noticed a company called Hazro http://www.hazro.co.uk/HZ27WD.php The forum sites say it’s same panel used in the Mac 27” and it gets good reviews. It has been on offer for £360 which is a large saving over the Dell U2711.

Has anyone got or used a Hazro monitor?
Are there any other monitors I should be considering?
I don’t have a budget as such but I guess around £560 is as much as I would like to spend, If there is a cheaper alternative to save some money great.
