Lion in Essex

Why is it that no-one who ever sees an Alien Big Cat can ever take a decent bl**dy photo of it???

Having said that, IS would probably be useful when confronted by one!

Could be worse, could be a BIG pink snake...

Oooh they do try and look fierce Martin,

An eyewitness said "It had a white chest with like a tan, beige-colour body.", probably an Essex girl on her way home from a night out.

Heard that - only lion that witness saw was the "Red Lion". Been on the Tiger beer too much.
Police have called off the search.

Search been called off - what a surprise. They should charge those idiots with wasting police time.

The panic's over, that's the mane thing...

That's a bummer I'm working on the wind farm at Earls Hall farm and was hoping to get a couple of days extra off :-(

Have we all done with the jokes now?, I'm feline quite ill after that lot :p

Well the first thing that should be confirmed is if there any lions missing from all the local zoos before anything else.

That first couple in the video just didn't seem convincing to me. They had to think about it when asked what colour it was and the lady even said that the lion is more scared of them... I assume she hasn't been on an african safari without a jeep before.

The second guy who said he heard a loud roar was so shocked he had to turn down wildlife on one to see if he heard it again.

I don't know Essex very well, but was that just by the zebra crossing :coat:

I think that was by the double yellow lions?
hence the reason they couldn't stop to get a clear shot
:D
