Ok I should have asked this earlier I suppose but here goes. I have been asked to do a few shots for a guy I know who has just replaced all his disco kit, he just wants the images put onto disc to show customers what kit he has etc. Tonight he is doing a dummy run in a hall so he can time how long he takes to set up, and check out all is working. I was just wondering if there were some rough settings I could use to start off with for capturing the lighting units without ending up with just a bright glare
I have a 50D, 580ex, nifty 50 and a 70-200 f4L, as well as sturdy tripod and remote. There is no rush to take the shots as he has the hall for the evening, so I can adjust one side or the other of any any suggested settings.
Thanks in advance
