It has really ****ed me off today Marc. I doubt any of our line managers know the effect that it has on moral/motivation. You've been there mate, so I'm sure you know how I'm feeling. I really just wish they would get on with it. Julian probably had it a lot worse, but it's been around 6 months we've been waiting to find out. :(

Yes, Another Spider shot. Sorry to those that don't like spiders. I do however!! I've felt down and unmotivated all day. I've came to the conclusion that I will be leaving my present job and doing something else. :)

Things now look quite good. I've had a few beers, I'm working in Co.Donegal again tomorrow and I got a few shots of spiders I really like!!

EDIT: I SEE THE BUNNIES!! D'oh!!

I just couldn't help myself today, working in Co.Donegal normally has that effect. It was a beautiful day. :) I tried the ND1400 Filter, it degrades the image quality a bit, but for a first proper attempt I quite like it.

At a rally tomorrow, have been looking forward to it all week!! The weather forecast is looking great until 4pm, thankfully the stage I'm at is over by then!!
 
Day 234 Eugene Donnelly, Ulster Rally Winner.

Up really really early for a Saturday, it felt wrong in lots of ways. This was taken at 825am. The first car down the stage, the first competitor I had seen, and probably the second shot I took today. Surely that's not bad!! I think he scared himself with this jump, the second time down the stage he was slightly more sedate.

Going into the last stage today there was only 0.5 sec between Eugene Donnelly and Gareth MacHale. Eugene was the eventual winner by around 15 seconds after Gareth overshot a corner on the last stage. Loved all of today, if only I could do it for a living, the decision to drive down the stage earlier in the week worked wonders, a bit of planning and a lot of hope goes a long way!! :D

It the self deprecating side to me, I'm always convinced there is a major flaw to my motorsport photo's that I'm completely missing. I think it stems from the fact that I don't do it much and am not familiar with it. :thumbs:
 
Great shot, lots of air, even better for the fact it was the 2nd shot of the day. The light looked a bit harsh at that time, so top marks mate !

Have done the sum total of nothing today. I haven't left the house except for 5 minutes to take a 365 shot. I've been really lazy and it's been bliss!!! Ever wondered where spiders go when it's raining? Under a leaf!! Or inside, if your me...

Had an ok day. I'm still not completely at ease at work, I feel like I don't want to be there. No motivation and no desire to work here anymore. I think a change will do me the world of good.

We haven't seen Sasha in a while, so here we go. Still struggling with LR, the exported file just doesn't look like it does on screen. Any Ideas??
 
Still think it could be a profile thing.
I know you're importing and exporting in sRGB, but what is your working space?
I had similar problems, and only noticed it when I opened and saved a file with PS and it came out with more saturation! That was a profiling problem, but I can't totally remember what I did about it.

No silly titles. In a horrid mood. I'm getting so exasperated with work it's unreal. I think the less said about it the better. It's like working with people who are constantly on slow. **** sake, they are meant to know better. Couldn't organise a **** up if the drink was free and all you had to do was sit down and let them feed it to you. GRRRR!!!!!

EDIT: I'm seething with rage tonight, so I'm going out for a walk. Will catch up with everyone tomorrow. :)

Hi JD, hope the rage is better today. If not take a self portrait of the rage and see what it looks like (and share it with us). The next time I have a bad day at work I will do the same and we can compare results :)

I will the next time Nic. It's an all consuming rage, I nearly go red. I made some people that uncomfortable last night that they all went home and left me to it!! :)

Ta Dave. I've another spider tonight, the big massive one that I haven't seen in about a week, it's huge!! Rally shot is maybe a bit flat, I blame Merv. :D
