Here's a question, if you could only afford one computing device in your household, and your choices are a tablet or a netbook, which would you choose ?If the deal breaker is 2 hands fear not. There are tons of ways to use a tablet with one hand. Lots of cases allow for resting it at an angle etc
The netbook sales question was a rhetorical one. They are dying.
Tablets are a luxury item, there's too much they can't do for what they cost, now if they cut the keyboard off a netbook, you might have a point.
A netbook is an affordable computer that has much more capability, there is some market cross over but on the whole netbook functionality is far more valuable than restricted gizmos with fancy touch screens.
Peeps with £300 for a computer are unlikely to buy a tablet, peeps with £300 they dunno what to do with....might.
Whilst tablets choose to limit their functionality, there will be a market for netbooks.
Dying ?....we're all dying, "dying" is just a word you choose to suit an agenda.
