Does anyone know if software you buy on the iPhone can be downloaded free on the iPad. I'm thinking about iPhoto, numbers and pages at least.

They appear to be different prices!

It depends on the app - you need to look for "universal" apps that are good for both platforms. When you search, if the app has a "+" in the price box it covers you on both platforms (it will also tell you on the product page what platforms it's compatible with).

Pages, Numbers (both £6.99) and iPhoto (£2.99) are all universal.

Garageband is another that'll install on both

Just downloaded Numbers for IOS and it doesn't support the functionality of the MacOS version !!

I want to reference a cell on another tab using the tab name that is stored on a cell in the current tab.
