I think I've scratched my sensor!!

I'll take a stab and say it looks like dirt to me. But I have been known to be wrong.
 
The scratch in question is the line in the centre of the image at the top, the little blobs are most definately dirt and are what i was trying to get rid of.
 
You're welcome ,looking at it i'd say the fluid has melted one of the blobs and the swab has dragged it across the sensor
 
have you tried taking it somewhere for a thorough clean?
 
I don't think thats a scratch.. just a rubber mark from your LensPen.
 
from what people are saying on here, it sounds like a proper wet clean by someone with a bit of knowhow might be the best way forward, i cant see it costing much and if it fixes it, you will be sighing with relief
 
Thanks for everyones help and input on this. I took my camera to lehmanns in Stoke yesterday for them to do a sensor clean and/or let me know if the sensor was scratched. I'm very happy as i don't have to buy a new camera just yet, as they manged to clean the sensor and it's as good as new now.

i think those marks are way too think for a scratch on the sensor, I'll go with my hunch and say 99% sure it's a mark and not a scratch
