Hope I spelled that correctly
I saw my Grandparents at New Year, I don't see them very often and they don't therefore get to see my kids too often either (they live South England, we live North Scotland!). We had a lovely visit to them, and I took some nice shots - one with my Gran and my toddler boy, one with her and my 4 year old girl, and one of my Grandad with both of them (a rare thing to get a decent shot with them both in, and it's not brilliant - none of them are brilliant, but am pleased with them and they defo convey love and a happy mood).
So I thought, as it's their birthdays this month, that I would do a triptych. I have no idea where to start, I haven't even had any of my photography printed before (I'm still relatively new, only had the camera since October).
Is Jessops and ok place to go for printing for something like this? (I can get to one on Saturday, but no other places nearby). And can you give me any recommendations for a frame? Do I get a frame with one window only, and make a black frame round each shot (with white background), or do I find a frame with three windows?
Would appreciate any help with this! I also have a pair of images of my toddler boy which are such fun (he's learnt a new party piece, his funny face
) and I thought it might look sweet as a diptych on his wall (so again, hopefully I can follow the advice you give me for this as well!).
If you look at this set, you'll see the first three shots in the set are of my grandparents/kids (I know the white balance is different in them all, will make uniform, think it's pref in the shots of my Gran?):

The last two images in the set are the two of my son (wearing his Daddy's hat!). Am sure I can improve these shots (for one, I forgot to crop out the doorframe on one!) so any suggestions also appreciated
