I think this is due to poor camera technique not the way the file is developed.

Not massively helpful, and IMO a little "bad form" critiquing a set of negatives held up to the light merely to check if the densities are somewhere where they should be...

Moving on haha, my scanner arrived today and it's churning through my limited collection of negatives now.
I will post some results very soon
