My current neighbour seems to have a fondness for those noisy, flappy pigeon critters. Sophie, whos house I'm staying in, has asked a couple of times for this chap not to feed the flapping things as she feels they deter nicer birds from visiting.
I'm more bothered about the noise they make at 6 in the morning and wonder if one of these plastic owls might be effective
