Sooner they ban phones from being in the car the better, they should be placed in the boot when out and about.

I don't recall even sitting in a car without built-in Bluetooth registered after 2004. And we're not talking flash cars - Clios, Puntos and the like.

My Vauxhall Meriva and Kia Rio are registered 2010 and neither of them have built in bluetooth. However I do use a sunvsior Bluetooth thingy bobby for emergencies but prefer to say "Hi google", Send text to other half to "put the dinner on as I'll be home in twenty minutes".
I think the biggest problems are the people who basically work in their vehicle such as Van drivers or company reps. They use the drive time to carry out most of their business. Companies don't just condone this but encourage it so that their staff are productive at all time when on the clock!
