Half price canvas prints

Just looked at the prices, £35 + free p+p for A1 certainly very, very reasonable,

I have two canvas prints on the wall from viva and they are good. I haven't had a canvas from anywhere else to compare but for £27 delivered for a 600x400 I don't think I'll be trying anyone else.
 
Well......

I have restrained myself from posting in this thread to give Viva Print the chance to respond to my complaint. Which they havent.

Firstly my print was dispatched a week after their estimated dispatch date, and only then after an email prompt from me.

Secondly, when it did arrive there were two defects in the canvas, which are obvious from various angles.

Thirdly, the canvas is not stretched tightly over the frame.

I have emailed three times since last Wednesday (over a week ago) and left one voicemail message. No response.

I will not be using this company again.
 
You get what you pay for... prices seem very cheap.

Joe, Oxford Imaging are excellent.
 
Anyone know of a decent place for canvas's in Leicester or are Oxford imaging online?
 
Oxford are online. Very helpful, worth an email asking if they will take an file over 8mb.
