Well......
I have restrained myself from posting in this thread to give Viva Print the chance to respond to my complaint. Which they havent.
Firstly my print was dispatched a week after their estimated dispatch date, and only then after an email prompt from me.
Secondly, when it did arrive there were two defects in the canvas, which are obvious from various angles.
Thirdly, the canvas is not stretched tightly over the frame.
I have emailed three times since last Wednesday (over a week ago) and left one voicemail message. No response.
I will not be using this company again.
