I know it's not Friday but as we were sitting here on yet another grey wet (very) and windy Scottish morning cracking our breakfast eggs it set me to wondering how everyone else does it ... :suspect:



I tap mine all round with a knife and prize the 'lid' off with my spoon BUT from the sharp end ... :D


Jill prefers to tap and peel her 'lid' off from the fat end ... :eek:


So how do you all tackle your boilies ... :shrug:

I normally cut the tops off, do some solders to dunk in them :)

Nope, not with Marmite (yuk)

With butter and that is it :D
 
Ooooo - Egg & Soldiers - haven't had that for ages. Mum always used to make it for me when I was ill or feelgin down. Might have it tonight :lol:

I tap round the top of the sharp end and peel the shell off. The I slice the top off with my spoon and eat it, then dunk my soldiers (toasted) :D yum

Same as you ven, sometimes i just slice stright through the sharp end with a knife and then dunk those soldiers, yummy :thumbs:

A bit blowy and low 20's oC

I tend boil them hard, peel and eat with a salad or mash with mayo & spread on bread :thumbs:

Went off boiled eggs after I cracked the top and found a half formed chick in it.:gag:
