Fuji Dave's TP 52 2023 WEEK 52 Favourite image from 2023

I like the BW image Dave because it is more representative of the older age
Image looks nice and moody.
 
Plenty of patterns in there Dave, I actuially like the colour version. Good use of the chain to ground it!
 
Nice images Dave, I like the warmth of the colour version. Lovely lighting and composition.
 
As ever, beautifully lit and shot. I'm torn between the two and still can't make my mind up.
 
A beautiful watch Dave, I would have been hard pressed to choose between the b&w and colour shots.
 
Great idea for the theme Dave. Both good shots, first being my favourite to fit the theme.
I’m sure your mojo will return quickly as you start to get out more. Just take it slowly to make sure you can make the most of the better weather when/if it comes.

The masks great with the pattern behind really working with the zoom burst.

Lovely photo of the dog laying there with arms crossed too.

Tough theme this week unless you're blessed with a tunnel close by. Good lateral thinking got you through though.

Nice one Dave. Both work very well. I had thoughts of a similar shot, but I'm going in another direction now.
 
Both fit the theme, prefer the mask, Susie looks very chilled with her legs crossed :)
 
Very creative Dave, I like your chosen shot but I always like puppy shots more!
 
I love the mask shot.. really well done and excellent for mono. Makes me think of Dr Who!

Getting some catch-up comments in!

Kitchen - If only a camera could focus as well as our eyes. It's annoying at times to see something so clear visually but the camera fails to show it. When I saw the fryer image while scrolling through the feed my first thought was it must have been well cleaned. They never look the same once they are used.

Broken - Nice lighting, I like the facial detail in the second one but the out of focus area distracts me.

Full - There is a challenge on social media that I saw recently where each person took it in turns to add liquid to a glass. How close you reached to the rim made me think of that. A well composed product shot with complementary lighting.

Pattern - A fantastic level of detail, prefer the mono only because the slight discolouration at the 10 'o' clock position is more noticeable.

Tunnel - The face is very sharp if you have twisted the lens at the end of the shutter period, unless you achieved this using another method.

Spring - I thought until I saw the manufacturer name it was a exercise type grip to strengthen muscles

Thank you Stuart, some of my images might look different for a while now, as only using my phone till I get my mojo back.
