Nice busted dobbin - dof and light handled well![]()
Nicely lit and well photographed
Like the subject and you have handled it well the mono reproduction brings out the texture of the wood well.
Both horses with the broken ear are really nicely done. nice sharp focus and detail cought from the lighting, prefer the angle on the second, which gives more of the image OOF which draws attention to the eye and the ear which are both nicely in focus.
Nicely lit and shows the wood texture well
Lovely mono image... the first would be my choice too.
Good one Dave. Ticks both boxes.
Window light is a great asset to us all. I often use it for these 52 shots.
Really nice Dave, I think that the second shot works best for me but I like them both.
Nice bit of lighting Dave. I like the angle of the horse’s head better on pic 2.
Stella Artois by Rohan, on FlickrI'm guessing it wasn't full for long Dave![]()
You've captured this really well Dave. It could be a featured product shot.
Good to catch the bubbles, and the reflected base grounds it and stops it looking like it's "floating in space" given the black BG,.
Well lit and just enough froth at the top.
just enough reflection to ground it, nice shot for the theme.
Nicely lit Dave. Looks really refreshing.
Lovely lighting on the bubbles.. I'm licking my lips![]()
Pocket Watch Mono by Rohan, on Flickr
Pocket Watch by Rohan, on FlickrNicely done Dave. Hard to choose between them - I think the colour one just shades it....
If the monochrome one was a little brighter it would be as good if not better then the colour one. Either way it's a pleasing image.
As usual I got to be different and say I like the mono one best, brings out the texture of the pattern better IMHO. Lovely subject either way.
Nice images Dave, Mono for me![]()
Both very nice. Colour one just pips it for me - but very close.
Black and white works for me Dave, I'd agree that a little more exposure would be beneficial.
Fab shot - colour for me ta![]()
