Viewers (in the UK) are required to be in possession of a TV licence for viewing programmes as they are being broadcast. It is not our job to police such issues, neither do we hold any personal information that would enable anyone else to do so.
I suppose on a technical level, you're not actually receiving TV broadcast in the conventional sense, you're just picking up lots of 1's and 0's

there's no way the tv license man is going to be able to prosecute you if you have a pc in your house and no tv.
they visit my mate all the time because he doesnt have a tv (and therefore no license) but he does have a pc and they've not prosecuted him.
might as well say that you need a tv license to have a pair of eyes
Not being caught doesnt make it acceptable!
