No there isn't. If you read the licence it's a download for previous owners who've lost their media.well there is that 'free' old version of photoshop still kicking around out there - its fine for beginners in terms of functions. I tried GIMP never got on with it.

But you don't need to spend that sort of money anyway. There are plenty of other programs. Some cheaper, some free, where you can get the same results, or better.
