Jacob I did Biomedical Sciences which finished last June so very similar course, even with university I still had plenty of time to go sight seeing in london and take lots of photographs. I only had a compact back then but enjoyed my time all the same. If you get the chance to go to university definitely take it the experience was well worth it without doing the course!
Going back to the original topic, Hi I'm Liz, 21 but 22 in August, always been interested in photography even with my digital compact as I couldn't afford a DSLR until I started working full time. Looking back through past posts and can agree with a lot of the comments. Always get weird looks when I say I'm out going to take photos, I've even once been told that I will always remain single if I insist carrying that thing around with me, (that thing being my camera) I turned round to the bloke in question and said I'd chose my camera over him any day!!! Payback was sweet on that occasion.(sorry to any guys, not bad mouthing you all just this one bloke!)
I will probably do a photography course one day as I feel my shots are still like snapshots, its nice to see there are some younger ones on here!
