Been wondering this for a while and just tonight it came to mind again.
I am an avid Moto GP fan and watch every race etc etc, love to see the photographers at the end of the race when the riders park the bikes up in the 123 spots trying to get the money shot and trying to guess what lens they have on the camera.
so two questions really
1. why do they use a what looks like a 70-200 lens when they are only a matter of feet from the riders?
2. when you see them they are shooting away and the flash is going off shot after shot after shot, now when I have my flash on the camera (Jessops 360) I take a shot and have to wait till t charges again so I can take another shot.
How does theres go off so quickly???
Thanks
