Funny though.. the local rag photographer was allowed to take as may photos as he wanted of anyone and everyone, pool side, kids and/or adults in the trunks, bikinis, swimming costumes you name it, and then publish them in the newspaper!!
Strange thing, but no-one actually asked us if we wanted a photo of our son in his swimming kit published in the newspaper....!?
But there is a crime of Breach of the Peace (rising from a fear of harm etc), amongst a few others.

I think its a great story I have no idea what "QI" is. As this particular friend is highly educated far beyond us mere mortals I tend to believe her, even if it is always said, and I quote from my previous post, "with a wry smile"
Where did all this hysteria come from about taking shots in public? Is there some sort of virus going around that makes people allergic to cameras in public places?
