Hi Phil and welcome, nope it must be you :lol: Oddly enough I popped out to the shops earlier, so I just took one of the Evod batteries with a tank on top with me. Had acouple of toots on the way and the battery went flat. It never even phased me and I carried on for an hour shopping, now had I ran out of Rizla`s whilst out I would have been in panic mode :D
 
Well by the end of today, I will have got the cost of the MPV and liquid covered by not buying fags, vaped about 10mg of the 30mg I got, but I think they will just be reserves as don't like them much, new ones should be here tomorrow or the next day

After reading this review on POTV I had to try some as it was mentioned it would be taken off their list shortly. When I looked it was actually £5 for 15ml which is a bargain, it would have been rude for me not to order two bottles :D

What is it?
It's an artisan E-liquid, with a Hot Toddy flavour, It's available in a range of strengths and comes in a nice glass bottle along with a dropper for dispensing purposes.

So what's it taste like?
Well I'm testing it on my Semovar SM3 using a Yada dripper, You get a nice throat hit with a beautiful subtle flavour that lingers on the tongue. Personally I'd like just a touch more of the whisky flavour but the Honey and Lemon are pretty perfectly balanced and are fantastically realistic flavours. this a great vape and one I'm sure will last and last, even if you don't vape it all day you'll find yourself coming back to it again and again.

So would you buy any more of it?

Anything else I should know?
Apparently this is a tank cracker so use a dripper, Pyrex or stainless tanks only...

These turned up today with an extra Cappuccino
As I had tobacco in the tank I've topped up with the Moors, and it's pretty good with a nice taste, strong but smooth

The other ones can wait till I clean

Tried the new bricks and mortar shop in Basingstoke, oh dear!!!

Great for starter kits but real idea on anything above and ego battery, ce4's and cheap juice...

I'm pretty lucky with my shop - it's a little family run one and they have another 2 or 3 elsewhere in Scotland. They all use mods of various kinds, make their own juice and host a lot of the Scottish meet ups in shop.. very handy!
 
I cleaned my tank and stuff and have been on the Cappuccino all day

Started off really nice but I think it's lost flavour,
I read somewhere that a Vivi Nova is a better tank for keeping the flavour

Anyone know about this ?

What is it you have now? An evod? Or is it the iclear 30? I struggled to get much flavour from a lot of juices in the evod but, having used nearly every readily available and affordable tank there is (of this kind, that is), I find the iclear 30's to be the best.

Have you tried altering the wattage? Different liquids might require higher or lower.
 
H I have a vivid nova and I does seem to do flavour well. Also just as a side note I haven't posted that juice yet haven't been any where near a post office so far this week.

How are you finding the MPV? my plan has been to get the SVD but i keep seeing people buying the mpv and im debating now

Is it dekang liquids you're using?

I find the iclear 30's superior to vivi nova's - I was using them for a while and have a spare as back up to my 3 iclear's.

I think it is excellent, the battery went flat on me yesterday, that's after 5 days :eek:

It's a bit of a lump being a box but I can't fault it

Yes it's a bit strange but you do get a high V battery which will last most 2 to 3 days I guess

I do like that bit, i used just 2 cheap egos at the moment and they are just pants. If i go with the MPV i don't have to worry about buying other batteries and stuff too, its pass through too isn't it?

Yes it is, If you can put up with it being a box, then I would say get one

The main thing I like about my SVP is that I have to buy batteries - no replacing the whole thing if the battery goes dead. Is the MVP like that? Or battery built in like the egos? It was the shape that put me right off the MVP, it's not something I could use comfortably for too long.

What kind of size is it? bigger/chunkier than say a packet of 10? not that i can remember the last time i ever got 10 lol

I bought some I clears this week and don't rate them, both the nova and I clears taste plasticy compared to the protank glass tanks...

have you changed the coil yet? It's probably. Due a change by now. I've got a Nova. Hate it. Have tried with shop-bought and homemade coils/wicks, but it always tastes of plastic to me. YMMV as the saying goes.

If you come to the London meetup on 9/11, you can have mine. Think I've still got a couple of spare heads for it.

Not yet, was told to change about every 2 weeks ?

Still lots of vaper and seems much the same as when new, I think I just got use the the taste of the cappuccino so not tasting at strong at first

Going to have a tank and wick clean soon and try a razzytwist

I'll try and make the 9th

If you have a spare miser Helen it is always good to have a slightly different juice on the go. It may have already been mentioned in here somehwere. I get used to the vanilla custard and as you say you can lose the taste of it, a good vape on a fruit type liquid or in my case an Absynthe one and then you can pick up again where you left off :)

Yes the battery is inside, I'm not sure if you could change it, the box does have small screws but I'm not sure

What I have noticed with the battery indicator on the led, it's way off, the battery is flat at about 3.5, it's not like it goes down to 1 or 0
full is 5 I think

It feels well build and I have not seen any reports on it failing altogether so you have to work out how much and how many batteries cost (they fail too) to the cost of this

I read a post on POTV the other day Helen and the guy said his MVP1 was still going as strong as the day he bought it, I should not worry too much about the battery dying. As far as I am aware yours would be like any other ecig battery, they will shut down early so to speak. If you totaly discharge a battery they get damaged, they have to keep a certain amount in them so they can be recharged again.
