Dorset Meet?

Right, final update before I b****r off until I see y'all tomorrow......

Weather for Bridport is sunny on saturday and cloudy for sunday, so hopefully the rain will hold off.

I have fixed my car stereo so we now have tune capability hoodi. Bring your mp3 player if you have one, unless you fancy my music for several hours lol. Will meet at station as arranged.

Everybody else.....We'll meet at kimmeridge bay car park around lunch time. Call me if you need to know where we are, my number is 'ohseveneightfiveoneonefourfourninethreethree' I shall look forward to seein y'all and makin some lovely pictures he he he eheheheheheheheheh!

It rained sooooooooooo much in Dorset today!!!

Anyway, can i have some phone numbers? (i've only just looked at this thread after 2 weeks or so!). I might only be able to make Sunday, and am lost as to what is happening now :(

Help me out!!

I'm pretty much packed and ready to go. Convinced I have far too much stuff and tempted to just dump it all and just bring myself, camera & one lens. But hey ho! Just need to convince my body that it does want to get up at 6:30 in the morning.
 
I'll come on Sunday, i can't do Saturday (today!) as i'm 3hrs away :(

I think Sunday's events are open to variation - therefore, just give Spencer a bell!
 
I only came home last night you see... :) I'm sorting things out for my house, but should be coming back tonight.

I came home to Southampton last night and the others stayed over in Swanage as that was the closest place for drinks and B & B. I think Spencer's posted his mob somewhere.
 
Great to meet you yesterday. Hope the sunrise was good as the sunset. I did try to text this morning but it failed to get through on both Spencer's and Adam's phones. Murky going ons in darkest Dorset.

Look forward to seeing you all again - maybe, try something in the South West next time.

Well, we did all managed to wander down to the freezing pier area about 6.30am and catch the very early pale lit sky, couple of hours of shooting around the bay, nice long exposures with the moving water and various features....excellent!... a shame the sun came up any higher really :lol:

..and not forgetting the full breakfast back at the B&B to finish that session. Yep it was nearly perfect. :D

As for which was best, sunset or sunrise....I have little or know idea. ;) ;)
 
Yep, it was great to meet you all. Just got home, tired and aching and waiting for the bath to run :D I must say, it was a fab weekend - the weather was perfect (well, apart from when it p*ssed it down this morning for 5 mins and I got rather wet :( )

Hundreds of shots to process, so hopefully I'll have at least one decent one!

Woohoo, made it back!
Spencer is off to see his gf, so we won't hear from him tonight :D

really cracking to meet you all - an ace bunch, without a doubt. Really enjoyed the weekend - and I've hopefully got some decent shots to boot!

Time for a bath for me now though. I'm pretty achey, and also rather odoursome.
