Even if it is true, is it a nice thing to say though ?
Describing any member as a f*****g moron is contrary to the forum rules , however much some of us might think one person or another deserves the description. My point is that while the person who says it probably needs to feel the wrath of mod those hitting like are equally culpable.
The other thing is that member x describing member y as a f*****g moron generally gets the thread closed , but the people hitting like are using the loophole that likes continue after closure to repeat the insult.
I'm not so much talking about my case , I know fine well why the three people liking the oaf comment were doing so, and I don't really care that much what they think - but you see some cases where theres 10-15 people htting like on a comment which should never have been made in the first place, which is not what the button was intended to be for.
The other thing is that personally if someones got an issue I'd rather they just had it out by post or probably prefferably pm (for reasons of mod sanity)- making sly digs and liking snide comments doesnt do anything to clear the air. Theres a few people on here who I had an awful relationship with but with whom after clearing the air the relationship is much better and in some cases would now count as forum friends.
TLDR - I disagree with the point , bullying is often composed of the truth - fat kids get bullied for being fat (ditto black, gay, poor, whatever) just because something is true doesnt mean that its not hurtful or that its acceptable to point out or like someone else pointing out
