I'm sure many of you who have your own domain names would agree that trying to settle on a domain name is sometimes harder than trying to build a website. I've been considering putting a site together prhaps for a gallery and maybe other things later, I don't have a problem with the html side of things etc. it's not a business site and will not be selling from it tho' who knows what could happen in the future.
Problem is settling on a domain name, I've had few suggestions and a lot of them no use cos their already taken. I'd be interested in any opinions on using actual names for example 1st & maybe 2nd intial followed by surname.co.uk/com...jbloggs.co.uk.
Would this be a preferable method to use so the domain name could be used for any purpose, trying to think of alternatives is mind boggling especially when most of your ideas have already been used or taken
