I would like clearance from the a admin team before I respond to the comments you have made, mainly to allow me the chance of a reply without being accused of being argumentative by other members.

You can respond however you like? My statement had nothing to do with you and everything to do with the fight to get this system recognised, at least at dog parks here.

over here a flouro colar and leash usually means a guide dog (or other disability dog)

while i can see some merit in identifying dogs that need space, i can't help feeling a more obvious solution is to treat all dogs with respect and generally not to behave likev a blithering idiot

Yup, I agree completely... But I highly doubt we will ever get to the point where we can feel assured that the general public won't behave like blithering idiots!!

I think that if a dog owner shows some responsibility then a non-dog owner should show some common sense, and vica versa.
