Not an original thought, but it came back to mind from reading another thread on here.
Some people like to be very protective of their gear. They are hesitant to take their camera out in the rain or dirty environments, and prefer to keep everything safely wrapped up until needed.
They have invested a lot of money and they are going to look after it and take no risks.
Then there is another sort of person who shoves their gear in a bag and leaves it there until needed. They do not care too much whether it gets scuffed or scratched, which is not to say they are careless.
They have invested a lot of money and they are going to make sure they make full use of it.
What are you?
Michael.
