Not sure about DSR, but I had to pay return postage when I sent back a faulty item...
I know the rules regarding DSR with new stuff as I've sent a few things back to Amazon over the past few years.
However do these regulations apply to used equipment as I was looking at the MPB web site & can't find any reference to DSR for new let alone used?
http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/engla...do_the_distance_selling_regulations_cover.htmWhat do the distance selling regulations cover?
Distance selling is selling and buying goods or services without face to face contact. For example shopping by internet, mail order, phone or television.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations give you legal rights when you buy goods from a trader who normally sells goods or services at a distance.
The regulations apply to the sale of goods or services to consumers but not to businesses.
It doesn't matter how you pay for the goods and the regulations apply to both new and second-hand goods.
This page explains what extra legal rights the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations give you when you buy goods or services at a distance.
That's a bit off, did they refund you the postage?
Buyers remorse, it's common, take a deep breath and forget about the money, it'll pass![]()
, a day or two at the most, & I'm now very happy with my purchase - especially as the lens is as good as new
In a word NO and wouldn't buy from them again
Same thing happened when I sent a faulty new camera back to another retailer a couple of weeks ago, I also paid for the initial delivery too
Not given up on that one yet and have decided to make efforts to obtain a refund
