There is one tech for every 6 weeks (I think it is). You only have to do the tech for one of the 6 themes, so just once. I'm sure there will be no complaints if you want to do it more than once, but it only counts once.

Sorry to hear that Dave, but try and keep positive. The outcome may not be as bad as you fear and worrying won't help. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
