It's the chemical diet. Eggs for breakfast every day, and sometimes for lunch or dinner. Lots of fruit, steak, chicken, fish, salad etc...
sounds like a high protein diet for body builders
Sort of but protien does nothing without the carbs to back it up, you need double the carbs for all the protien you intake as a 'bodybuilder'.
Carbs are assosiated with weight gain, hence people go for diets which favour protien over carbs.
