Talk about blinded - I suppose most of you completely accept that islam is a religon of only peace? and isis is a small group of extreamist that are wayward?

I am going to have to leave this thread, talk about blinkers on - there is a good report in the spectator on line that is very enlightening....

The west need to face up to what is going on, many know it is a slippery slope to where we are all heading and its denial that will lead us there......

The statement was that Germany has joined the flight ban. Lufthansa is a German company, and it has banned flights, therefore Germany has joined the flight ban. No? Doesn't have to mean that all flights from all airlines have been banned, does it?
Anyway, many children lost their lives in this catastrophe, and we should show some respect and not get caught up in such pettiness.

I have no axe to grind with the muslim faith or muslims or ANY other faith......But I see it as I see it. islam is not a religion of only peace as we seem to be getting told over and over again by our political leaders.

Lots of people lost their lives. I agree and we should respect and remember that. But that doesn't mean letting terrorist win.

It doesn't matter if IS did bomb the plane on many levels. Their claim to have done so has done untold damage to the tourist economy in Egypt and other places alone. How much do you reckon it costs us to have the RAF 'Rescue' everyone out there.

The aim of terrorists is to spread terror. By blowing up a plane, or just claiming to they've done that in spades

I'd disagree. Look at countries where Islam is the majority, and look how they treat other minorities and even other Muslim, Israel, and the perpetual state of war the middle east is in, which guess what the majority religion is there.

Yet still in this day and age we aren't stoning people to death for adultery, raping non christians thinking that will make them more christian, throwing stones at gays, beheading people to the tune of allahs snackbar, flying planes into buildings, blowing them out the sky (or trying to) etc....

For such a remarkably intolerant set of beliefs and society you sure seem keen as hell to defend it and critise the culture to which you are from. Barbarism is so 15th century, and we are in the 21st century.

Since when did a set of beliefs become a race? If you believe a set of beliefs make up a race, then perhaps you lack the intelligence and understanding of the modern world that I possess. In the modern times we live, the biggest threat to world peace comes from Islam.

Why is that in Sweden when Muslim men make up 2% of the population they are responsible for over 90% of rapes there?

Why is that Islamic countries are so backward in their human rights records and their intolerance of other minorities second to none. Why does a Pakistan passport say valid for travel to all countries bar Israel. The Quran teaches hatred of non believers and teaches that Martrydom to the cause is most pleasing to allah, and its ok to rape non Muslims and the concept of jihad and hirjah.

Its a barbaric set of beliefs, its a cancer, its spreading and its killing.

Despite our best efforts to bring civility to that continent through Imperial rule, it seems its failed :(. Over in the western world none of that nonsense goes on now, but never mind the stonings, whippings, arranged marriages to child brides all condoned through that set of beliefs. They're not happy keeping it to themselves so wish to bring it here along with the chaos for us non believers in the form of jihad.

No, because these states a) wouldn't welcome then due to their hatred of judism b) are more keen on destroying them. It is a good job Israel is organised and can keep them at bay.
