I was playing Gran Turismo 5 Prologue the other day, and was really enjoying it, so thought I'd see if there were any good deals for pre-ordering the full game. I went onto amazon, and it was listed, available for pre-order for £17! I know when it comes out it'll be £39.99, so I thought I'd save myself a few quid and order it there and then.
Anyway, I checked back the next day, and the pre-order price had gone up to £38. It's under my 'Not yet dispatched' section, as it won't be out for a few months, and as per the Amazon pre-order promise thing, I'll get it for the lowest price it is at between now and it shipping, but I was just wondering what was going on here?!
GT5: Prologue is now listed at the same price that I pre-ordered the full version for, so do you think that's coincidence, or they messed up somewhere?
And they're not going to suddenly change their minds and charge me the full £40 are they?! Has anyone got any experience of this? Cheers,
Chris
